War Water can also be used in spiritual baths. Add just a few drops of the War Water into your bath water, and as you soak, imagine all the negative energy that you have collected throughout your day or week being washed away, purifying and renewing your aura. You can also incorporate it into candle work, anointing your candles for added protection and strength. If you prefer, you can also use it as an ingredient in spell bags and mojo bags for added potency.

How to create War Water

The creation of War Water is an art that requires precision and intention.

I’m going to give you two variations on how you can make this product, the first will be the standard way to make it which will work very effectively. Then I’m going to share how I make it and how I used it myself on one of my properties.

Basic war water jar

Firstly, you will need a small glass jar that has been sanitized and cleansed. Next, gather the ingredients that you will need, including Rusty nails or screws, pins, needles, and pieces of metal. You will also need water and vinegar. Combine all the materials in the jar, filling it halfway with water and filling the rest of the jar with vinegar, leaving a small space at the top. Cover the jar with a tight-fitting lid, shake it vigorously, and store it for a fortnight in a magical location.

Once the War Water has brewed for two weeks, it is ready.

The liquid will have turned a rusty brownish color, a sign that the ingredients have been infused with potent energy and are ready for use. The acidic properties of the vinegar and the metal ingredients will cause the War water to corrode any metal surfaces the liquid comes into contact with. Therefore, It is essential to label the jar reminding you of its contents and to keep it away from useful objects or make sure to put the jar on top of a surface that you do not care about.

Sometimes I forget to share the basics, such as a recipe for War Water, as I feel I’ve already shared it in some other video, or blog post. Or perhaps it’s because I’ve been doing various styles of witchcraft for so long, I assume everyone else would have this type of magical tool in their collection.

Regardless, today I’m going to share with you my version of War Water. You probably have a version of this type of water yourself, and maybe you just use water instead of urine in your mix. When I create a batch of war water, it’s normally in a large mason style jar, and this jar lasts me for years. At the end of the jar, I don’t throw out the old remaining mix, rather I add new materials into the same jar. If you have ever made homemade yogurt, you always keep the culture from the last batch and fold into the new batch. This is the same concept.

INGREDIENTS:

• Urine
• jar
• Nails
• sulfur

I use urine and not water. And to be more specific, I capture the first urine of the morning for the war water, to make the war water as disgusting and potent as possible. Naturally, if you’re a male, this will be an easy process for you! As a female, a tip would be to collect your urine into a jar while standing in the shower recess.

Nails are also an important component, and rusty nails are best. If you don’t have rusty nails, but you do have time, add in your freshly purchased standard nails, but make sure you leave the nails in the urine for as long as they take to go rusty. Perhaps your grandparents, a builder friend, or someone who has a country property, would have some old nails lying around, and all you need is a handful.

On my Sydney property, I have an old outdoor barbecue that nobody has used for a decade at least. This barbecue has a lot of rust, and I add this rust directly to the war water (Rust is also an important component to my DUME base.) If you have something rusted, maybe you want to add this to your war water base.

The other ingredient is sulfur. Add a good handful to the mason jar.

That’s it! Done.

TIPS:

• Once I have added all the ingredients, I like to leave the jar outside in the sun. Maybe for a week or two? Just depending on if I feel it has enough energy for what I need.
• I don’t leave the lid open to assist in the oxidation of the nails, as one would if only water was in the jar. The smell is quite pungent.
• I advise you to ALWAYS & ONLY open the jar in an open space, as the fumes will always be quite overwhelming.
• I decorate the jar and the lid with war style sigils
• I should also say that I collect the urine on a Tuesday under the energy of Mars. It’s good practice to always create whatever you’re making with consideration to the planetary correspondences.
